Great location with easy metro access!

My stay was plagued by freezing temperatures in the common areas. I had to wear my outdoor coat just to sit in the bar! And don't get me started on the bar service. it was practically nonexistent, with staff hiding behind the bar, ignoring guests. the room's heating system was inadequate, forcing me to endure a cold night despite multiple complaints.

Enjoyed a comfortable room with effective climate control after opening the window. The location had convenient metro access. the breakfast coffee did not meet expectations, and the internet connection was inconsistent in common areas.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location right near the Bodomzor metro stop, making it easy for my group of friends to explore nearby attractions like the exhibition palace and Tashkent TV tower. The staff was incredibly helpful and ensured we had a comfortable stay. We also appreciated the well-maintained facilities, which included a clean and spacious room that accommodated our trekking gear perfectly. It's great to have access to a heated pool nearby, although we didn’t get a chance to use it during our stay.

The breakfast coffee could use some improvement as it didn't quite meet our expectations.
